This document defines the privacy rules of the 4grosze application.
We make every effort to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. We require the absolute minimum of personal data (to start working with the Application, only an email address is needed, which will serve as your user account login). Meanwhile, all entered data related to the household budget is your private data and is not subject to any analysis, review, or disclosure to third parties.
Remember that at any time you have the right to update or completely delete your data. You can do this yourself or with our assistance.
Controller of Your Personal Data
The controller of personal data for the 4grosze Application is Tomasz Krzyszczyk conducting business activity under the name MektoSoftware Tomasz Krzyszczyk with registered office in Wola Mokrzeska (42-248), Słoneczna 42, Poland, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, using Tax ID number 9491838845.
Data is collected only for purposes adequate and necessary for providing the Service.
Rights of the Data Subject
At any time you have the ability to update your data, as well as delete your user account along with associated data. You can do this independently in the Application ("Delete Account" option) or with our assistance.
Furthermore, in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectify personal data
- delete personal data
- object to the processing of personal data
- data portability
- withdraw consent to data processing
The rights listed above are not, however, absolute in nature and in some situations, after conducting an analysis, we may legally refuse to fulfill them.
We process personal data for as long as necessary. The processing period may depend on the content of applicable legal provisions, e.g., in the case of storing financial documents, or deadlines for pursuing claims.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Other Entities
In some situations, further transfer of personal data may prove necessary for us to properly and professionally fulfill our obligations. However, each time only the minimum data necessary for this purpose is transferred.
An example of such an entity may be a service intermediating in sending emails, or a service processing payments for the Service.
Confidentiality of Non-Personal Data
All data that is not personal data, but related to the Application's subject matter, i.e., all data related to the household budget, is your private data and accessible only to you, or to persons with whom you decide to share it within the "Budget Sharing" function.
The application author does not analyze, review, or disclose to other persons or entities Users' data, either in whole or in part. Users' data is also not subject to analysis for the purpose of improving Service quality.
Cookies
The Application uses "cookies", i.e., small text information that is stored on the User's end device.
Acceptance of "cookies" is voluntary, but necessary for the proper functioning of some Application features (e.g., logging into the Application is implemented based on "cookies").
The User can delete "cookies" at any time using the settings in the web browser they use.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Although most changes will likely be minor, we may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any such changes will be published on the Application's website. Continued use of the Application after changes to the Privacy Policy will be subject to its updated version.
Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and other relevant provisions of Polish law apply accordingly.
